Ingredients
For two to three servings
- 250g chicken breast cut into small pieces.
- 1 sliced Onion
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. sake
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 250 ml. water
- Combine soy sauce, mirin sauce, oyster sauce, sake, sugar and water. Put in a pan. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add the sliced onions and cook until soft.
- Reduce heat to moderately low, add the chicken and cook until tender.
- Pour beaten eggs on it. Serve it on the rice.
Variations
Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
