OyaCo don

   親子丼


Ingredients  

For two to three servings
  • 250g chicken breast cut into small pieces.
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 3 Eggs beaten
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mirin
  • 2 tsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sake
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 250 ml. water
Directions  
  1. Combine soy sauce, mirin sauce, oyster sauce, sake, sugar and water. Put in a pan. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add the sliced ​​onions and cook until soft.
  2. Reduce heat to moderately low, add the chicken and cook until tender.
  3. Pour beaten eggs on it. Serve it on the rice.


Variations  

Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
