Tofu with Oyster Sauce

豆腐 オイスターソース掛け

















Ingredients  
  • 200g firm tofu

  • Cornstarch (rice)

  • Salad oil

Sauce

  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. green onion

Directions  
  1. Drain the tofu: with two paper towels, wrap the block of tofu. Repeat 2-3 times
  2. Cut them roughly into 4 pieces, your choice. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Coat tofu with the starch.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the tofu until slightly browned.
  5. Place on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
