豆腐 オイスターソース掛け
Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- Cornstarch (rice)
- Salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. green onion
Directions
- Drain the tofu: with two paper towels, wrap the block of tofu. Repeat 2-3 times
- Cut them roughly into 4 pieces, your choice. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat tofu with the starch.
- In a frying pan, cook the tofu until slightly browned.
- Place on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
