油淋鸡
Ingredients - Boneless Breast chicken 2
- Salt & White pepper
- Starch
- 1/4cup(60ml)Vegetable oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Chicken
1. Put the breast chickens in a plate.
And sprinkle the salt and white pepper.
Coat with starch evenly.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium low heart. Fry the chickens until the exterior is a golden brown. Flip the chickens, then cover the pan with a lid and steam them until it's cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
3. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium bawl.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chickens.
