角煮
Ingredients
Steps 1- 500g pork (with fat)
- 3, 4 slices of fresh ginger
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- Green onions
- Water

- 2 cups pork broth
- 3 tbsp. sake
- 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 4 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Directions
Step 1
- Cut the pork into cubes, sear in a pan.
- Put the pork in a saucepan and add the garlic, the ginger and green onions. Add water to cover the pork.
- Trim fat from time to time. When the water is reduced, add hot water.
- Simmer 3 to 4 hours.
